Ok, I'm going to go well into detail here because I don't want to actually do steroids if you guys think it would be a waste of time judging by my stats.
Ok, I'll get all stats out of the way first and just say, although I'm still only 21, I've been lifting weights intermittantly since I was about 13, and when I really knuckled down and was working out 5 times a week for 3 months straight, I did do reasonably well, but ever since I injured my neck a few years back, I can't really lift too heavy because the intensity causes me to re-aggravate the injury.
To go along with this, I'm one weak son of a bitch and seriously need to improve my strength asap.
Age: 21
Height: 5'7
Weight: 164lbs (I'm thin but I've got a beer belly and a naturally fat ass)
Bodyfat %: I'm not sure, I'd guess around the 14's but it's a wild guess
Goals: Increased Strength
Workout type: 3 on 1 off, Mon: Chest, Shoulders Triceps, Tue: Legs, Wed: Back, Biceps, Abs, Forearms
Now, as this is my first cycle and I don't fancy sticking needles in myself (although I've thought about Deca and might well use it in the future), I was going to go ahead with just running 20mg of Anavar a day for 6 weeks and taking Milk Thistle just to be sure that my liver stays happy. I picked Anavar as it has barely no side effects and doesn't pack on a great amount of size compared to strength. Ideally, I want to be as strong as I can be for as small as I can be; think Georges St. Pierre, he's got the strength of a 205'er but he fights at 170.

Plus: 15 - 20 minutes of cardio a day, either running (on road) or using a rowing machine.
Diet: 5 meals a day: oatmeal in the morning, 2 x chicken salad, 2 x tuna and mayo on whole wheat bread. With each meal I'll have an apple or banana and a glass of water, (We don't want kidney stones!)
Supplements: (I shop at AST a lot, so everythings from there)
2 x multivitamins
2 x whey protein
2 x casein protein
2 x creatine + L-Glutamine
PCT: I was planning on doing Clomid and Nolva, but since Anavar isn't really androgenic, most places say you don't really need to, but I was still thinking I'd be best off doing a couple of weeks of Clomid and Nolva to be sure.
So:
Is 6 weeks of Anavar at 20mg a day the right course of action?
Am I doing too many sets in my workout?
Is 3 on 1 off a good routine?
Am I eating enough (when combined with my supplements)?
Am I taking the right amount of supplements or should I drop some?
Should I do the 2 weeks of Clomind and Nolva?
I will take everything you say on board, because if I am going to do this I'm going to do it right, and you guys know a hell of a lot more than I do.
Thanks in advance for anybody who takes the time to read all this and give me some feedback.
