Hey all i have been looking aroudn and i am thinking about do a cycle with
T-bol for 40mg a day for 5-6 weeks This is going to be my frist cycle and the reason i am going with this is because i knwo it is a weaker gear and i woud like to start off slow and also from what i have read this has less of a chance for liver toxic affects and also water retention. Also i like the fact of that this gear helps put on more solid lean muscle.
i am looking to go with novaldex 20mg a day for 4 weeks
but i do have a question about this i was reading that i can be taken durning a cycle to help keep the boys running stronger so they dont stop producing test while on a cycle and so they dont shrink up as bad. If this is true how much shoudl i do a day/week while on a cycle?

height 5' 10"
i have been weight lifting sense i was 15 i have been going really hardcore in the last 2.5- 3 years
Last year i was about 150 now im at 172ish
i did put on most of the weight last year but now i am really stuck cant get past this weight im at for a while now.
as for my diet for the most part i know it is good, i do about 3000-3500 calories a day and about 200 grams of protein.. I tried to eat every 3-4 hours. I eat 3 meals a day and 3-4 protien shakes a day (3 shake on off days and 4 shakes on training days( i normaly send 5 days a week in the gym)
So any advice woudl be very helpfull, thanks in advance.
