Amount of Training?
Morning all. I've just started taking Cypionate and Propionate together, and i'm wondering how much training I should be doing? Should I be going every week day even when im sore from the training, or should I be resting the sore muscles and then going the day after or something? I've been told to just carry on going, but im sure i've been told over the years you should give the muscles time to recover. Is this not the case when taking steroids ?

yes stats please.
as for recovery time, I allow the same time whether on or off cycle, in addition to the muscle, the CNS also needs time to recover.

Current cycle with dosages in mg/ml and duration? I'm doing a dose of Cypionate and Propionate together once a week - I think its 20mg of each. I'm not positive a friend does it for me.
Body Fat %? No idea - I'm skinny tho!

Right, so i've basically got my answer in a round about way. I should rest trained muscles as normal whether juicing or not.

You need to do some serious research before you end up hurting yourself.
PCT= Post Cycle Therapy . Look it up.
I don't even know where to start with you, there are so many problems with what you have listed.

To be honest, I didnt know there was as much involved. I've had friends that have done this for 3 month cycles at a time and they have never mentioned PCT.
I've been reading up on PCT and it makes perfect sense. From what I've read I will go with go with Pinnacle's PCT at the end of my 3 month cycle.
Week Nolvadex HCG Aromasin Vitamin E
1 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
2 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
3 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
4 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
5 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
6 20mgs/day
I have also been reading into cypionate and propionate and and i'm not really sure why I have been told to take both at the same time, as propionate needs to be taken every 2/3 days and cypionate once a week. I suppose if I do them at the same time I will get better gains from the propionate for 2/3 days then get the longer lasting gains from the cypionate.
I've been searching the forum and google for CNS and I still can't find anything to give me detailed description of what this is? Can someone point me in the right direction.
I appreciate your frustration with people like me, but i'm not trying to piss you off. I simple want a better understanding of what I'm doing and what the best way of going about it is.

CNS is the central nervous system.
as for the way the cycle is structured, there is no logical reason to do it that way.

Thanks Big - So would you recommend I just use cypionate the recommended once a week throughout the cycle? I'd rather just take one or the other, and taking it once a week suits me better.

I think he would recommend you spend the next 3-5 years in the gym focusing on lifting heavy weights and eating good foods. Then after that come back and ask him these same questions.

ya i got that. but what damage is done cannot be prevented. if he is going to do it anyways we might as well make sure he doesn't harm himself. trust me i dont agree with this guy using gear, but we are not here to express our morals so we might as well help out a little.

actually the damage is not done yet, and can be prevented, and that's exactly how we're trying to help.
he's only just begun to work out, has no real diet, and is no where near ready for a cycle. if he begins a cycle in his present condition I'll be amazed if he doesn't injure himself. when we train we work our bodies as a whole, his joints and connective tissue are in no way ready for any additional muscle mass, and injuries associated with that would likely follow. even if he didn't hurt himself, his diet is drastically sub-par according to his stats, and he would not retain any gains. We can help by showing him how to work towards his goals in a responsible fashion, and he has yet to propose that.

To be honest lads, I thought the whole point of taking steroids was to increase strength and physical performance. I've been boxing and playing football for years at a decent level, so its not as if i'm doing my first lot of exercise. I have trouble putting muscle mass on so I thought I'd give it a try.
I'm not ignorant, so don't talk to me like I am. Why shouldnt I be taking steroids? Please explain. Its not as if i'm going to ignore you and carry on. This is exactly why I'm here asking these questions.

Big - Thank you. I posted my last post after yours. I honestly didnt know the implications, so I appreicate you explaining them to me.
I have a very healthy diet. I've been drinking protein shakes with fine oats for years for boxing, and I also have lots of fish and chicken in my diet and stay clear of saturated fatty foods. I'm in good shape, but want more definition and muscle mass, hence the reasoning behind trying steroids .

How do you know you have trouble putting on muscle mass if you are just starting to weight train and have never been on a muscle building diet before? I dont think you are ignorant in general by any means, just ignorant in the correct use of AAS.
Using AAS for you right now would be like putting a 300 HP nitrous system on a bone stock Buick that has no modifications to the engine or drive train and is running regular gas and asking a guy who has never raced to take it to the track. I think you would find most guys on here, at least the smart ones trained for years (some for over 20 years)before using.

Big the kid doesn't even know what PCT is. we might as well have him ride it out unil he gets some on hand. otherwise he's looking at slew of problems.
to the OP...order some PCT research it as much as you can before it is shipped to you and then as soon as you get it begin PCT....JMO

FireGuy - Thats fair enough, I understand I jumped the gun and should have looked into this a lot more. I'll pack it in and looking into later this year. I'm more than happy to go down the gym without the steroids , I just didnt know the implications of using them without doing a lot of training first.

PCT,DIET,ROUTINE,GEAR if ur going to go on the juice....but take everyones opinions into account m8 then pct is a must or ull lose all ur gains and prob crash like a rock in water for a day and ur routine has to be good so that u gain well and the gear (test only)would be ur shot as its quite simple and itll be good to see if u react to it ok ur diet would be a bulking diet not cutting to gain i spose and ur gear would be test-c not test-p as it can be painful upon saying all this m8 i would defo listen to big and the others as they all have the infinite knowledge u seek and eventually will have.... take ur time after all theres no rush and u will grow twice much and look twice as good if u know exactly what ur doing!...hope this helps m8 and good luck in ur hunt for knowledge just get on this site everyday for the next year and just read m8 as much as u can and ull find what ur looking for bud!
