do anti-estrogen's mess with the effectiveness of a cycle?
yes, they can. you need estrogen to grow, if you do use a mechanism to control it, you want to be modest with the doses. I prefer not to use an ai or serm on cycle at all unless the sides really call for it, others prefer them in a preventative way. you won't really know until you cycle and see how prone to sides you are.
so you say probably the best way to go is if i develop a little gyno just use letro at the end of the cycle
nope, I sure didn't say that.
I want to treat the symptom before I have to treat a problem. as soon as I noticed any type of different feeling in my nipples I would start on adex at .25eod, and move to .25ed if needed. I want to start with the mild ai at the beginning of the problem rather than the strongest ai once the problem is in place.
lol aight...but is there a dramatic difference between using ae's than not using them or is it just slight
Big is a freak though and a greek god, so what works for him isn't all good for you. Just Joking Big!!!!
Start with the smallest and easiest and work up from there. It's one of the learning processes of taking gear. You have to experiment and see how your body responds.
