    INJECTION cramp is preventing me from workingout

    injection cramp is kiling me ime injecting 250mg of test-e everyday and ime struggling to walk or put my socks on.

    my flexibility is at zero.

    the only places i dont get cramp is my glutes and my bicepts.

    quads and calves are the worst.

    i wish i could do bicepts 4 days a week and glutes 3 days a week but you have to give the area a week to heal.

    i cant do delts because the needle doesnt go in far enough it keeps hitting bone.

    ive tried just injecting 4 days a week but that doesnt do anything.
