Is it illegal to buy HCG or GH over the web in the USA?

I got what your saying. So a doctor from some office far far away can prescribe it to you over the phone even though you really do not need it and send it to you. That is what a friend of mine did but is that really legal. I think I'm too afraid to have anything sent to my house, I think it is too risky. Also my girl would probably get pissed lol.

If you have a legitimate script its legal. Anything goes wrong its the doctors problem, not yours. You can ship it to your house, no problem with the feds. Your girlfriend is another matter.

hcg is common and pretty much worthless imo, but if GH were indeed that easy to get, dont you think every fool out there would be getting it? and its availability would be much greater...just some thought...

My same friend got gh also from the web, I was wondering if it was illegal. So when it came could they have confiscated it and arrested him(But nothing happened).

It is not legal to possess without a script, but it doesn't mean they were going to confiscate it or arrest him. It depends if customs picked up on the package, it probably had the same odds of getting there as a package of AS.

If it shows a legal script, it will get thru unless the post office loses it. Call it 99.8%.

Even without a script, if its packed well and discreet it will most likely make it through if its US -> US.

Actually, GH is that easy to get. There are many anti-aging clinics throughout the U.S. (with a web presence) that will prescribe GH for "off-label" usage. I've done this before and was able to purchase Pharmacia Upjohn (at the time) Genotropin - super high quality domestic GH. The product came straight from a pharmacy in St. Louis. The catch is that the cost was $17/IU which is rediculously high.

I've already had a pretty lengthy discussion on another board about this, but briefly, a lot of pharmaceutical companies have implemented a socialistic program where off-label GH users who have enough money to pay for their treatment help subsidize the cost of treatment which has been deemed "medically necessary" for those who can't afford it. Pharmacia's program was called the "Bridge Program."

So en1222, as long as your friend has a valid scrip with his GH, it's completely legal and no one can do ANYTHING about it. GH isn't scheduled anyway. FYI, since 1996, the FDA has allowed off-label prescription of GH.
