I want to lean up. I lift 5 days a week do cardio 6 days. My diet has been good for the last couple months. Lost around 15 lbs since I changed my diet.
I dont want to gain a bunch of weight since I compete in martial arts. I want to get my order in now so I have everything for April to start. What could I cycle to meet my goals? Clen, T3, ephedra? I have a cycle of tbol Im going to throw in there. Any advice would be appreciated.
