    what gear is best for me?

    Im 27
    5'8''
    178lbs
    bf 15% in that range

    I want to lean up. I lift 5 days a week do cardio 6 days. My diet has been good for the last couple months. Lost around 15 lbs since I changed my diet.
    I dont want to gain a bunch of weight since I compete in martial arts. I want to get my order in now so I have everything for April to start. What could I cycle to meet my goals? Clen , T3, ephedra? I have a cycle of tbol Im going to throw in there. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Have you used steroids before?

    sounds like for your goals, all you need is to stay on your diet and training. Doesn't sound like you need any steroids

    Clen is good for burning fat, I wouldn't do the tbol by itself though

    A basic Test E 400-500/wk for 12 weeks bro. You can bulk, you can cut, you can do whatever you want on Test.

    I have done a small cycle of whinny, didnt do much for me probly because my diet wasnt what it should have been. I did that cycle about 3 years ago.

    small cycle of winny will hardly ever do what someone wants. i've done winny only before and had to do a good bit. it's like shoes. they look good, then just go outside wearing nothing but shoes, not as good anymore. need clothes with it.
