Is it possible? Maybe, im not familiar with the law system, but they could test you.

If I were you, I would get some masking agents or run that cleanse program promoted by this site.

Are you on cycle right now? (If so I would go with a masking agent)

a judge can order anything he / she wants. they are the empire of this country. what they say goes. if her attorney request it then the judge could order it. and if the judge doesn't want daddy to juice and have child than judge will order that too. so yes, it's possible. may not be likely, but certainly possible. if you are worried then stop the juice and drag the hearing till you know you're good.

akso we all know how bad of a name steroids have so if you have any past convictions or history of angey/violance/ect if may well be likely .

    right, it's possible.

    But I think its unlikely.

lord_henry has a good point. Unless the judge has some cause to test you, why would he.

because if an attorney request it and the judge denies, then daddy gets child and something happens that hurts the child (even though it will have nothing to do with juice) mom will raise hell, daddy will THEN get tested, it will show and then the judge has to answer questions he / she may not want to answer.
in family court ANY drug accusations are taken seriously

    right, right. I understand that.

My point was that if unless there are *grounds* for the judge to think it's a good idea to test for gear, then he (the judge) prob. won't.

Like if there was a custody case where one of the parents had several drug convictions, then yah, the judge would probably test.

But if there was case where someone with a clean record is accused of taking some illegal substance, the judge would be less willing to test.

I agree the judge has to cover his ass, but they've also seen enough cases to know that in these custody cases ppl will make sht up, too.
