That's kind of like asking will cocaine/marijuana/Heroin come up in a urine sample.

Of course it can, it depends what they are testing for.

Most likely the urine tests you are given search for recreational drugs and not pharmaceutical drugs or AAS. Those tests are more advanced and hence alot more expensive.
