Nipple Issues
So about 3 months ago I came off a supp called "extreme tren ". During this process I developed some gyno behind both nipples. So once i stopped i started up on some letro to hopefully reverse the gyno and stop the soreness, burning, itchyness. Well everything was great till i ran out of letro. The symptoms have returned and the mild soreness continues. What do i do from here? The gyno is hard to notice but when touched it is easy to feel under the skin. Any help with what to do now?
Thanks guys

Run letro and nolva and get enough of both this time and taper off the letro while continuing the nolva for a week or two longer (maybe even consider bringing in another AI to prevent the estrogen rebound)
If its still there after that treatment, not much else you can do besides get surgery or just deal with it.
(Just to clarify the gyno will always be there IMO, the best you can hope for is shrinking it to the point you can't feel it)

But shouldnt the symptoms stop at some point? gyno is just the tissue behind the nipple but the burning and itchyness should stop I would think. I guess what im asking is that people who just live with gyno dont have to deal w the symptoms, just the lumps correct?

I feel like you would need to be on a AI or SERM for quite some time to really eliminate gyno, at least in my experience. You can rebound from letro, but i have rebounded badly from 20mg/day nolva, too, with gyno symptoms coming back even worse since my body was making more test that could aromatize.
