    Cycle advice

    Hi guys,

    I'm thinking of taking a cycle of dbol 20mg a day for 5 weeks.

    Im currently lifting weights 5 times a week with 6 days a week spent on 40minutes of low intensity cardio and a very healthy diet.

    Current stats:
    6foot 4inches
    217 pounds
    11.5% BF
    35y/o

    I know people say not to do a course of dbol by itself but unfortunately i live in a crap country were any gear is extremely hard to come buy and this is all i can get currently.

    I have some tamoxifen for the PCT 20mg/day for 4 weeks to start 24hrs after last dbol pill.

    Will i retain any of the muscle i put on after the dbol with PCT or will i lose everything because i am using dbol by itself? Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

    d-bol is a harsh steriod , i would do alot of research on it before you even think about running it ...... plus alot of people do a d-bol oral only cycle but it shouldn't be done, very liver toxic and gains in strength,size,weight are good but you will hold quite abit of water on d-bol....

    If it was me and i only had d-bol available, i wouldn't touch it with a 10ft barge pole!

    yeah dbol only goes good, its not healthy but thats life, i found dbol gains fairly easy to keep, but the gains wont compare to a test cycle.

    Best thing to do is get a blood test on your liver function and watch it closely, and dont drink while on.

    ow and if u go ahead.... get atleast 1000mg of milk thisle daily though-out including PCT (avalible in chemists) it helps to flush the liver out.

    Oh..... any way to minimise the water retention while on it roidboid? or just stay eating healthy and keep up the cardio?

    ye obviously u wont gain as much weight without holding the water, you need to get ur hands on Spironolactone, itl stop the water retention, id up the 20mg aswel ..... start on 10 or 15 and build upto max of 40mg a day and same when finishing down to 10 or 15 before stopping. make sure u keep water intake high and do correct pct
