    Smile woo hoo my 2nd cycle, all advice welcome, WON'T WASTE YOU TIME HONEST LOL!

    so here goes...

    age:26
    height: 5'9
    weight: 180pounds
    bf: 10%
    time training - 4 years
    no of cycles: 1 and a half! (will explain this!) - 1st was in may 08, included 10 weeks 500mg weekly of Test E, 4 weeks 30mg D-bol, 0.5mg ed anastrazole, pct 2 weeks after last injection - tamoxifen 40mg ed 1 week then 30mg, 20mg, 10mg..recovered fine, gained 20lbs keept 14-16lb. 2nd cycle did not run smoothly, was going to take sus 250, 500mg weekly and deca 400mg weekly both for 12 weeks (this was 2 months after pct of last cycle) i ran 4 weeks perfectly, strength and size went up as expected but then inadvertently broke the rest of my gear! (was in a cupboard along with my x-box which fell on the glass amps and they smashed!) so i was only able to do 5 weeks, i then ran pct as before...that was 3 months ago and am now ready for next cycle, this will be my only cycle this year and will hopefully limit myself to one cycle per year...

    Diet

    meal 1
    1 can tuna, banana, berries, oats, whey powder, flax oil
    meal 2
    1 can soup (veg, chicken, tomato), 3 slices of whole meal bread with seeds, whey powder
    meal 3
    jacket potato, tuna, veg, 500ml milk
    meal 4
    greek yogurt, 2 bananas, whey, glutamine
    training
    meal replacment drink, 50g carbs 50g protein
    meal 5
    usually chicken, or some form of lean meat with veg
    meal 6
    1 can tuna, banana, whey, flax oil
    bed

    also 3 litres of water daily


    training - mon - chest, tris, abs
    wed - back, bis
    friday - shoulders, abds
    sat- legs, arms

    whilst on my cycle i usual do 3-4 sets on each body part using 10,8,6,4 reps plus warm up, varying exercises 2-3 weeks (incline, d-bells, then b-bell etc..)
    I vary my work outs every 2-3 months, changing mostly frequency of reps, rest between reps, frequency of training and muscle grouping just to keep my body guessing.

    cycle:

    drug

    Deca - 400mg weeks 1-10 - weeks 11-12 - 200mg weekly
    Test E - 500mg weeks 1-10 - weeks 11-12 - 250mg weekly
    D-bol - 30mg weeks 1-4
    HCG - 500i.u weeks 3-12

    pct to start week after last injection (week 13)

    PCT

    Nolva - 20mg ed week 1-6
    exemestane - 25mg ed week 1-4
    HCG - 500i.u ed week 1-3
    VIT E - 1000i.u ed week 1-3

    So yes, any advice about my cycle, training or diet are all welcome, thanks to all the amazing advice on this wonderful site! cheers guys

    Ohh arrr LOL, norwich here mate, second home of the tractor and combine.

    Personally mate i'd run dbol as said, the test @ 500mg wk 1-12 and the deca @ 400mg wk 1-11. HCG i'd run at 500iu twice wkly, and don't start your pct till wk 14.

    wouldn't pct sart week 15?

    Thats debatable i suppose Big. IMO starting PCT 3wks after last shot of deca and 2wks after last shot of test e should be ok.

    My appologies, i see what you mean now that iv'e read it again, but i think 99% of the posts i read word it the way i did, but to save any confusion to newbs i appreciate you pointing that out.

    yeah I see it worded the other way all the time, but just in case someone marks it out on the calandar I worry they might start too early. I've worded it the other way myself, I have to stop and think about it lol.

    Well it is only though help from people like yourselfs! will be starting after i get my bloods done in about 3-4 weeks time, will keep posted of my results or if anything goes wrong and i need your help! thanks again!!!!
