Its because they arent real. They are food and practice. No steroid will make you shoot better or faster. I think steroids are almost non existent in basketball. Are you planning on running something for it? If so
    Age?
    Weight?
    Height?
    BF%?
    Cycle Experience?

I've thought that you where jocking.
So, I know that I must to training a lot about skill like shoot, pass, speed, jump exc...

But I need to increase jump, speed and so on...all things that you can gain increasing explosive strength and base strength.

I think that aas help about it.(togheter an diet and training good)

Well if you wanna do it then answer the questions i asked above. I have a good feeling that you aren't ready for anything but diet and practice.

Pick up games are played between days of plyometric workout.

I only want to know if aas make me more strength for plyometric workout.

If you are training for strength, have a good clean diet, and have hit a wall where you can't gain more strength, then i would say use them. But if you are wanting to do them in order to do explosion drills so you will play better on the weekends then no they will not help

    Noles12. You're right!!!
I know that without specific training the abilities don't improve.
And I trained a lot before to do the choice to help me with aas.

I trained a lot for my goal and I think that If I give an "help", I can do gain more inches.

Now there're one thing that don't still understand:
It's the fact that If using aas I can gain strength and muscle quality too. ok? and in the same time I gain size.

Do you think that if I gain size there're the possibility that I become slow and heavy for jump?
Or all kilos that I'll gain are fully positive for my goals?
