    vicodin and aas's

I am taking about 15mg of vicodin/hydrocodone a day and am wondering if this opiate will have an effect on how my body reacts to aas's. Will the vicodin make the aas's less effective, more effective or have no impact on them at all? I heard that it might effect my receptor or something. If they really effect the aas's I would like to know so I can try and reduce my dose.

Yah why the vicodin... wicked curious over here... because if you are taking it because of an injury you shouldn't be using steroids because you cant access your full potential. The problem being with Narcotic Pain relievers is that they dont HEAL pain... they numb your brain into thinking you dont have any pain so you obviously surpass your limits because you are all messed up thinking that you are fine when in all actuality you are not.

The only case I have ever found is people who are on Methadone. I know of a couple of bodybuilders (local) that are in the methadone program. Have been in the program for like 4 years. Well in talking with them, the methadone saved their lives from the pull of opiod drugs and then they decided to pursue their passions of bodybuilding because they weren't all focused on using anymore. So in their cases they persevered and overcame and went on to do Great Things. Now of course I would never recommend anyone to do that ever but that is the only time I have ever heard of people that use a substance and still do what they need to do and safely in the gym, creating results enough to compete.

I would only use as needed,,,definitely not daily. Easy for addiction with this drug.
