    Talking Firefighter needs help with first cycle!

    Hey guys I'm looking for a good beginner cycle that will be out of my system and hopefully undetectable after 3 months. I got my final fire exam coming up and want to have a leg up. A little about me been training hard for 5-6 years, 5 days a week, cardio three days a week in the morning. I eat a good diet lots of protein low fats. 6ft, 181pds 22 years old. I'm looking to gain a good solid ten pounds of muscle and shred off maybe 5 pounds of fat?? been researching for the last 6 months about cycles and have had buddies do succesful sust/dboll cycles but want to see what others think?? help me out if you can greatly appreciated thanks guys

    Welcome....

    OK, first you are still a bit young, but not too much.

    second, 6' and only 181, you have not reached your natural potential and could EASILY put on another 20 lbs with the right diet and training

    if you do not know how to eat to grow without steroids , you will probably not keep much of your gains ON steroids. Watch your buddies over the next 6 months and see if they are still as big and strong as they were on cycle.

    Third- you came to the right place, its ALL here. if you are willing to take the time and research and read. we will HELP you , not spoonfeed you

    Fourth- Check out the PCT section, my bet is your buddies have no clue about PCT which is the MOST important part of any cycle

    First cycles are best kept to a single estered test like Test Enanthate or Cypionate. I would stay away from Sust as it has multi esters and needs to be injected every other day (EOD)

    check out the diet section and look under bulk diets. chances are your "GOOD" diet could be better. if you post up a typical days food intake and timing here, we can look at it and try to help you adjust it for your goals

    I think most would agree that you would probably do great with the "standard" first cycle of choice. 500mg/ wk test e, you could jumpstart with anavar or something along those lines and should really help you attain your goal, hth...nitro

    If you cant pass the test without AAS you shoud have chosen a different career path. Sorry that sounds so cruel but.....

    ya i meant if his test is in 2 weeks then there isnt much to be done for him.

    How i understand it, he is confident that he can do it just fine but wants to finish well above the others...am i right?

    All he said was fire exam. If it a physical exam thats performance scored and not pass/fail it makes sense. If I jumped the gun on my judgement I apologize.

    First off I can pass the test without AAS but after this test I will be working on a fulltime department and would like put on some more size and strength. Not that I can't do the job, I've been working at a part-time department as a firefighter/emr for the past four years. I'm not a skinny out of shape guy looking for a quickfix. I am in good shape and Just looking for a basic safe cycle with a good pct to help acheive my goals, my buddies did do pct and they did keep their gains. I have my test in three months then its time for fulltime jobs

    I would run Test E or Cyp for 10-12 weeks at 500mgs/week in two shots a week

    make sure you have PCT in hand before starting and a diet for growth!!

    100 percent agreement with t mos. it'll do u good. up the cal intake, know ur pct, I would take a guy on steroids to drag a lot of guys off this site out of a burning building anyways haha

    Allot of people are using HCG during there cycle now to help recovery quicker.

    OK PCT stands for POST cycle therapy, therefore it is taken AFTER the cycle

    there are ancillaries you may want to have on have during the cycle to stave off bloat and gyno, look into arimidex, Nolva, letro to name a few

    you know bro...you're not a firefighter yet so don't say you are one. Thats really annoying when us career guys hear candidates telling people they are.

    Ive had my ass kicked by fires before, I go to house fires, mva's, medical calls etc. I get paid to do it, because I'm not full-time yet that makes me not a firefighter ?

    War is 100% correct. Career guys find it annoying when volunteers or residents call themselves firefighters.
