    1st cycle

    is 50mg a-bombs a good way to start then increse it to 100mg after the first week? any suggestions

    NO that is NOT a good way to do a "cycle" Oral only is not a good idea

    are you taking anything else with that?

    Do you have PCT for after using that?

    can you give us your stats and goals for this cycle?

    age, height , weight, bodyfat %, diet, cycle history, training, PCT knowledge
