What to take?
Ive been doing weights for about a year so far
i stared going to the gym cause i got asessed & my current personal trainer said i was too fat & i wouldnt live too long if i got any worse haha
Since then ive dropped over 40kilos i was 120
my body fat % sits round a high 8 since the last time i was asessed & im 74kilos but my mid section is stretchy from where i use to be over weight... I ask my personal trainer what to do about & he just said get bigger & itl fill out... Any idea what i should be taking.. Ive got access to gear here in nz & i will buy it even tho its a rip off

Looks like you don't have NEAR enough carbohydrates or protein to gain mass. Lots of fat in your diet.
Go to www.calorieking.com or www.fitday.com and add up your calories you eat every day. You need to eat a certain number of calories to gain weight, regardless of if you're on steroids or not. Steroids don't make muscle appear out of thin air, they still need raw materials to build muscle.Last edited by AandF6969; 02-09-2009 at 07:56 PM.

Well... white rice is too high on the GI scale. You should be eating brown rice. Depends how big your plates are as to how much chicken is "half a plate".
I suggest you spend some time in the diet forum, read the threads at the top about bulking. You need to find out your BMR to see how many calories you need to eat every day to gain mass.
You should post up your workout routine in the workout forum as well for critique... chances are there are some problems there too.Last edited by AandF6969; 02-09-2009 at 08:14 PM.

No problem. I've seen too many of my friends take steroids when they shouldn't have, and they end up with really shitty results when they would have gotten much better results naturally, fixing their diet and training.
Steroids should be used to take you past your genetic peak, not as a substitute for proper nutrition and training.
