Cycle Question.
This is my second cycle and i havent gained anything. Im using Edited test enanthate and for the first four weeks i was doing 500ml/week and didnt gain anything. Ive now bumped up to 750ml/week.
My first cycle was test Enanthate 750ml/week which was causing some gyno but i jumped up 20-25 lbs or so.
Any ideas? Should i have double stacked with another compound for my second or was 500ml/week to low at the start for my second.

if everything else was in order your cycle should have been fine to produce gains.

no need to up the dosage, as it takes test e anywhere from 4-6 weeks just to start to kick in

Ok, ive read other places that your body gets used to steroids if you use it a for couple cycles and the receptor sites start to not reconize it. My nipples r hurting a bit so it must be doing something in there.
I thought test e was 1-2 weeks to kick in

No test p takes that long. On test e you won't feel it for about a good 5 weeks then after that point if everything else is right you will start gaining like a monster. I wouldn't be trying higher doses until you get more cycle experience

im 6'4 200lbs bodyfat 10%
Im trying to get to 210 and im eating aloott. It seems like im putting on fat in my stomach im eating so much. id say 3000-3500 calories a day and 200g of protein forsure.

That's not a lot of protein. You're getting 800 calories per day from protein if you eat 200g. That means you're eating something like 100g fat and 325g carbohydrates to get to just 3,000 calories. Are you eating that much?
In my experience, I've found people are SHOCKED by how little they eat when they actually sit down and total it all up. You should do that. Seriously. You can't know for sure how many calories you eat until you look at it objectively, and not just saying "I eat a lot" because if you're not gaining weight, it's obviously not enough.
If you're putting fat on your stomach but not gaining muscle, then you need to reassess the kind of calories you're eating and eat more clean foods.Last edited by AandF6969; 02-09-2009 at 08:39 PM.

I eat alot of protein shakes, and beef...sausage, hot dogs, turkey breast, roast beef.
What are some clean foods that are good for gaining weight?

Check out the diet forum. Sausage, hot dogs, and roast beef are full of fat.
More important than which foods are "good for gaining weight" is your overall dietary approach and how those foods fit into your plan. Just because chicken is a good clean food doesn't mean I can eat 2 oz. of it at a meal and call it good... the amount of food is almost as important as the food itself. Don't do the guesswork approach - know what 3,000 calories is food-wise, and know that you're getting that amount in your mouth every day. Typically it takes 6-7 meals to eat that much.
Start keeping a food long (with amounts of food... not just what type of food) and check out www.fitday.com and www.calorieking.com for calculating how many calories you eat every day.Last edited by AandF6969; 02-09-2009 at 09:08 PM.
