Gyno..why do people get to that point???

I'm a little confused. For me, I may get 2 or 3 episodes during a 16 week cycle where i get some left breast pain and it swells in a few days, but 3 days of nolva and it's back to normal.

I hear people talking about gyno surgery and wonder if they just let it go to the point it went wild, or did nolva not stop it, or does it happen in a different way?

    Some please explain!!!

I think for the most part its mostly inexperienced users who have the most problems, and who haven't done adequate research

Not everyone reacts the same way. just because you can eliminate symptoms in a few days with nolva doesn't mean everyone can.

I got gyno during puberty, long before steroids were even a faint thought in my mind. And I had the surgery a good year and a half before I even seriously considered taking steroids. So when I'm on cycle, I take an AI regularly, because I'm not taking ANY chances in the future.

Some people say once you have the surgery it can't come back, others say it can. I don't know which one is true, all I know is I'd rather be safe than sorry.

most of it comes from lack of research into dosing, gear, and on-cycle ancillaries. some people are more prone than others and some people it may take longer to fix (if any at all) than others.

i will say that i am experiencing some puffiness right now but am holding off for a while. why? because even a small dose of arimidex to help alleviate the problem i notice hinders my gains right now so im a upping my dose of proviron in hopes that it doesnt worsen. sometimes there is a fine line between controlling and suppressing estrogen that people dont want to cross to continue gains but this is a small percent. this is also temporary and will only continue for a short while. this is part of a side that you dont hear about as much but i'd say 90+% of cases are from lack of research and on-cycle meds.

Can't say I understand why people would play Russian Roulette with AI's, and Anti-E's, just to better there gains. It just doesn't seem worth it to me

If I blast 250 mg of Test-E as my first cycle, I shouldn't run anything else alongside of it, right? That's the impression I got from the forums.

However, what about PCT? Is PCT absolutely vital? It is hit or miss like gyno during a cycle?

Seems as if SERMs and AIs are subjective for many during cycle though

Well anyone with a brain who knows anything about gyno surgery will tell you it can absolutely come back. Why? Because the doctor always leaves a little bit of the gyno (breast tissue) in there to prevent the nipple from caving inward.

    He didn't have gyno.

People think "gyno symptoms" and "gyno" are the same thing. Having the beginning symptoms of gyno formation (itchy nipples, pain behind or on the nipple itself) shows that estrogen levels are high and nolva can prevent that estrogen from binding to breast tissue.

Having actual gyno (breast tissue) is a different story. Breast tissue does not get metabolized by the body regardless of what chemical you put it in, it can "shrink" but it won't be totally eradicated.

So the OP didn't have gyno, just the beginning symptoms.
