Guys!
I am on my second cycle of EQ and sust. The day the shot is just of Sust250 my butt hurts. I prefer to take the sustanon shot on my left butt cause if i take it on my right ite very painfull when i remove my wallet.
I have read mixed reviews of some ppl suggesting using a ICE Pack on the the injection site every night and some suggest using heat bag. I am really confused. Can someone tell me which one works and how?

I personally use tiger balm.. its a muscle rub.

Ice bag would allow the crystals (which is what is causing the pain right now because crystallization has been left behind because your body absorbed the oil quickly) to remain in their current state and not "melt".

if you have to, heat it...
but after the injection, take the palm of your hand, and rub it in! massage the spot with pressure for a good few mins. i found that helped for me when i first had my shots

I do the rubbing without fail. That helps.

dont use a heat bag. it is likely to alert the police that you have been using steroids.

Heating the area is the ONLY way to go. it warms up and loosens the muscle and helps the oil disperse in the tissue
massage the area as well

i personally feel heat will increase the blood flow n disperse off the oil. Ice will give do the opposite and numb you for a while giving you a temporary relief!

After injection i usually have a hot shower and rub site for few minutes.
Probably no need too but do it anyway

So how about you take a shot and immediately treat it with a heat bag? will that do any good or any harm?

take a hott shower and rub the injection site. Use a heating pad in the evening while you're laying in bed/or on the couch if it's real sore. Injections hurt...no pain, no gain!

The needles dont hurt me atall. I hate the lump it forms. And the kinda cycle I am on every alternate day i am having a shot. I am in week 4 and 8 more to go. Looking at the lump I think by the end of week 12 I will be having a new butt!

you need to make sure you aren't injecting too fast, give the oil time to absorb. there shouldn't be a lump.

this...also if your having very bad pain your gear sucks. decent made correct UGL gear shouldn't burn for days after. quit buying trash and up to vet/pharm grade. i've put 3ccs in my ass with pharm grade and never had a single bit of pain.

I dont have a pain at the time of injecting the gear! The lump hurts later!

You shouldn't post shit that you don't know what your talking about. Just bc he may be shooting ugl gear that does not make it less quality at all. I have shot plenty of both and have had no differences. It's obviously his injecting techniques. I get quality gear from both sources regardless. Pharm labs fuk up batches on the regular.

You could go get a deep tissue message, I get that regulary in my quads and delts. So far no lumps.
