my stack diet and workout COMMENT PLEASE
Okay i am a 21 year old male been training since 15 on and off but about 2 years now seriously. I am 6 foot tall 220 pounds my goal is to gain as much mass as possible regardless of fat. I have done 2 cycles before the first one consisted of test prop only second one was test prop and dbol . went from 195 to 220 throughout those 2 cycles. Im kind of a hard gainer keep that in mind..but enough about me here is the regimen i would like you all with your almighty knowledge to look over and comment on good or bad any suggestions help.
weeks 1-12 test cyp 500 mg a week
week 1-11 deca 400 mg a week
week 1-5 dbol 50 mg a day
week 1-12 nolva on hand if needed
pct
week 1-4 100 mg clomid and 25mg aromasin
*when would be the best time to start pct?
*and also i have heard about maybe throwing some test prop in after the cyp anyone wanna explain this?
Diet
day 1
9:30 egg whites,oatmeal,orange juice
11:30 lean steak, sweet potatoes, green apple
2:30(post workout) tuna on wheat bread, weight gainer shake
4:30 salsbury steak with 100%lean, broccoli
7:30 Chicken breast, salad, strawberries
9:30 salmon and string beans, grapefruit
before bed weight gainer shake
i have 5 diets set up all under the same principle protein+carb meal 1-3 Protein+veggie meal 4-6 with fruits mixed in but this would be way too much to read i am also going to be taking nitric oxide tablets and creatine at meal 2 (pre workout) eating a grapefruit at the end of meal 6 and drinking plenty of water
*are the supplements okay while on cycle?
*any suggestions?

The percentages are just there as an example of what ide be doing since i havnt started this regimen yet i dont know the exact weights. I will be running 2 miles monday and tuesday and doing abs on thursday and friday. saturday and sunday are complete days off.

*is this going to be too much?
*is there enough recovery time if i sleep 10 hours a night?

You are a bit young to be using steroids , but since you have already taken the plunge and looks well put together, i will comment.
PCT start time for Test Cyp is 18 days
As far as test prop at the end, that is just to keep test levels going a bit longer as test prop PCT timing is 3 days, so you could take the test prop for 15 days after your last test cyp shot and still start PCT on the 18 day after your last cyp shot.
Does that make sense?

oh now i see what the suggestion my friend was telling me. so after week 12 the last shot of cyp i could do test prop eod for 15 days then 3 days after that start the pct...is it better to do this? iyho?

i've done it with and without and honestly haven't noticed enough of a difference to merit doing it, but I also do ED shots with prop instead of EOD.
If you have the extra prop and you are feeling like your still making gains, then give it a go. If not, then don't waste it.

Your diet makes no sense. There are no amounts of foods, so it is impossible to tell how many calories you are eating every day.

your probably right i should add up all the numbers but with my past experiences as long as i eat 6 moderately portioned meals a day of good quality protein carbs and vitamins it turns out the way i want it to. plus i drink a very high calorie protein shake post workout and before i go to bed..but.. thanks for the help

lol im stupid man i got a little carried away with the examples and explanations please excuse my mistakes it was whipped up kinda quick with alot to wright...the answer is....you cant...but im gonna have someone spot me and fail
the last reps with the bench and alot like the b-bell rows i guess ill give it 80% lol
