    Cycles and Off Time?

Say a person runs a cutting cycle.

So they are all shredded and done with their cycle.

Now they have to wait 3-6 months before running a bulk cycle?

It just seems to me that pros and some amateurs run steroids year-round.

I dont see how a person can make great progress when having to take such long breaks in-between cycles.

I mean, what the hell is a person supposed to do for those long months of off time?

Im confused, can anyone shed some light?

You have to give your body enough time to get back to normal hormone levels, refresh the receptors a bit.
The rule of thumb is time on plus your pct time should equal your time off, UNLESS you go get blood work done and the levels are all normal

This is your body's chemistry you are playing with, you need to make sure you don't fvck it up permanently

There are plenty of things to do in between cycles to keep growing and preparing your body for the next cycle

Look up Marcus300 threads on preparing the body for its cycle. here is a link to it
