Injection question

As stated in an other post, i'm starting my first cycle! Did my first injection tonight and followed the steps listed on the site. The vial was new and I think that maybe I put to much presure when I pushed air in the vial first. When I took the needle out some of my gear spilled out of the bottle. I'm pretty sure the rookie mistake I made was keeping the vial upside down twhen I removed the needle. Any advice for the rookie I am?!

how much air did you inject and how much gear did you draw?
what size needle did you use?

3ml or air/ 1 ml of gear/ 20g 1'

you only inject the amount of air needed to offset what you wish to draw...

so if you are only drawing one ml of compound, then only inject one ml of air

Gotcha! Once i reach the desired amount, do I switch the vial in its normal position or do i take the needle out while keeping the vial upside down.

either one, if you are afraid you are gonna use more AS then just flip it back to normal and pull the needle out

C'mon it's not Rocket Science, go onto you tube and check out some videos of proper injection technique.

I pull out when the vial is upside with no problems.

If your topper is rubber and you aren't using a thick needle, I don't see the problem.

My needle gauge is 23 so its not going to hurt the stopper at all
