I'm a new poster, I hope I'm posting in the right forum and it's OK to post personal threads like this. If not, please move or delete.
I'm 23, with 3.4% body fat, and have been working out six days a week for the last year. I have been working out since I was 15, but was never particularly serious about it until I turned 21.
I used to be quite chubby, and so most of my teen years I spent doing stupid amounts of CV (2 hours of running per day), plus dieting until I burned it all off. I went on the Atkins for four years until my waist was a size 28 (from 36). Then I started bulking up and eating right again.
So here is a pic of my body at the moment:
I want to be bigger but also loose some of the subcutaneous fat I have around my chest and abs. I can't seem to get perfect definition around the outside of my chest or over my abdomen.
I am using USN protein shakes whenever I feel the need to snack (low carb) and after the gym, with milk. My diet mostly cosists of turkey, rice and pasta.
Do you think I could achieve this with steroids? I have a lot of friends that do them but all of them tell me the ones that they are doing are "the best" and so I'm never really sure what the best is for my situation.
Any advice or links would be really helpful. I want to know what you guys think I should be doing for best results and any suggestions on how much I should be using.
