    Advice before I start

    Hi,

    I'm a new poster, I hope I'm posting in the right forum and it's OK to post personal threads like this. If not, please move or delete.

    I'm 23, with 3.4% body fat, and have been working out six days a week for the last year. I have been working out since I was 15, but was never particularly serious about it until I turned 21.

    I used to be quite chubby, and so most of my teen years I spent doing stupid amounts of CV (2 hours of running per day), plus dieting until I burned it all off. I went on the Atkins for four years until my waist was a size 28 (from 36). Then I started bulking up and eating right again.

    So here is a pic of my body at the moment:



    I want to be bigger but also loose some of the subcutaneous fat I have around my chest and abs. I can't seem to get perfect definition around the outside of my chest or over my abdomen.

    I am using USN protein shakes whenever I feel the need to snack (low carb) and after the gym, with milk. My diet mostly cosists of turkey, rice and pasta.

    Do you think I could achieve this with steroids? I have a lot of friends that do them but all of them tell me the ones that they are doing are "the best" and so I'm never really sure what the best is for my situation.

    Any advice or links would be really helpful. I want to know what you guys think I should be doing for best results and any suggestions on how much I should be using.

    Again sorry if I've overlooked this information on this site somewhere, I really did look around first.

    well first things first your not 3.4% bodyfat so lets get that idea out of your head

    haha agreed. youd be ready for a show @ 3%. id estimate in 8% range ish.

    yea its not 3.4 but it pretty low.

    Simple test cycle will do good if you are ready.

    Weight: 10st 6lb

    Diet:

    Morning: 250g porrige oats with 400ml semi skimmed milk + 100g USN

    Lunch/Dinner: ~200g Chicken/Turkey with ~300g wholegrain rice/pasta

    Snack: 100g USN with 400ml Semi skimmed milk
    Sometimes with a chicken sandwich (~200Kcal)

    Drinks: Diet coke/water/milk (with shakes), hardly ever drink alcohol (maybe once a month?)

    This is no diet, this is starving. you need to eat to grow, 6-8 FULL meals a day of quality proteins, NOT SHAKES, shakes are fine PWO but not as meal replacements

    get to the diet section here and check it out. I am sure if you get your diet correct you will make tons of gains without steroids for now

    OK, I guess I measured my body fat incorrectly. I'll do it again at the gym tomorrow. I wasn't trying to brag or anything.

    No problem, we can tell by the picture, so no need to re-measure.

    but seriously, you are not eating near enough to make any gains with or without steroids

    steroids are not magic, they need FUEL to work, that fuel is lots of good quality foods

    Don't sweat it buddy, I've had problems with the calibers reading low before too

    OK thank you, I've just been scared of over eating ever since my chubby teenage years, just don't wat to go back there.

    if you eat correctly, you wont get chubby

    one full meal, every 2-3 hours consistantly, and your body will not store fat. GOOD MEAL, not fast food, not high fats, good complete proteins, medium GI carbs, good fats

    but you need to make sure the diet and training matches your goals so as not to get fat
