depends on what compounds you are taking, sigh...stats? goals? training? diet? etc...
if your going short you should run short esters. They say the short cycles you will recover from better. I think I was reading before where if you were cycling over the year that you get alittle more build off the shorter ones

the long ester would be better, give you more weeks to eat
either would be a good cycle, although on the 12 week cycle I would stop the deca at week 11.
basically but imo on the 12 wk course you are training and eating for 4 extra weeks. So i woudl assume it would make you gain more. But i just basing this on what i feel,, havent done a prop,npp cycle.
I would expect the results to be comparable, personally I used to diet and train the same whether on cycle or off, and that is really what determines gains.
unless this is your one and only cycle, try one of them, then after pct and time off try the other, see which you prefer.
Go with the Test and the Deca for 12 weeks. It has always worked for me in the past for great strength and mass gains.
I personally like the Prop/NPP cycle the most... But the again I am a hugh fan of short esters.... I am sick freak I love sticking myself... GREAT rush I guess...
So my answer is go for the Short Estered Cycle... DO IT!!![]()
If you don't mind the injections, I too would opt for the prop. Prop is my favorite test
