My buddy and I both just started a cycle, and we're each doin a 40mg/ed for 4 week jumpstart of dbol. (rest of the cycle is test cyp and deca)
He's saying that it's better to take the whole 40mg dose before working out, because that'll boost your test levels a lot more and you'll get more out of it during your workout.
I, however, feel that it would be better to level out the dose throughout the day, and I take 10mg in the morning, 10mg around lunch, 10mg when I get off work, and 10mg when I go to bed.
The majority of the posts I read say that dosing throughout the day is better, but I've never been able to find a good, legitimate reason as to WHY.
Can anyone explain this for me? The best I could find was that keeping your test levels more even throughout the day causes less side effects.
