Curious on what to take for first cycle?
hey guys,
19 years old
5'11 to 6 ft
195 lbs
roughly 12% body
Working out pretty hard for 2 years
Im thinking about starting my first cycle and was curious as to what you guys think i should take?? Im not afraid of the needle.

Id run a D-bol,Creatine cycle up till spring break then drop thoes and drink winny 100mg ED to harden you up and drop some body fat

OK, fair enough.
what kind of diet and workout regimen are you on.
at your age, you do already have a ton of building hormones running through your system that if you learn to tap into them you will make great gains naturally without risking problems with your HPTA system
post up a typical days food intake and times you eat, and let us get to the root before you take the leap into steroids , OK?
there is much more than just picking and taking a shot or pill, there are things you need to take along with them during your cycle to prevent problems like excessive estrogen, gyno, limp dick,
there are also things you need to take AFTER you are done with the cycle to prevent estrogen build up , gyno, limp dick, and to keep your gains
so there is a TON of information you need if you want to become a doctor of your body

ok.
Upon waking up i usually drink a 25g protein shake with a peanut butter and honey sandwich. (7:00 am)
Then around mid-morning a protein bar if i can fit it in.
For lunch (1:00pm), a deli sandwich (usually turkey) and protein bar if i didnt already have one.
Dinner. (6:00pm) chicken breast with green beans and bread.
8:00pm Tall 25g protein shake

NO offense intended here, but your diet really sucks.
too many shakes and bars, you need to eat solid whole foods, processed deli lunch meats are high in sodium and other chemicals.
Out of the 5 meals you listed, only ONE had solid good food, and thats the chicken breast meal
when you have time, check out the diet section here and see how you can improve this, you will be amazed at the growth you can achieve with just a few changes to your diet

No problem, we stress diet so much because that is a major factor in whether you will gain , on or off steroids , so you need to get this one down before wasting any money on steroids
they won't work without proper fuel, its like having the fastest high performance car sitting in your driveway but putting crappy gas in it instead of high octane. Not gonna run well.
same with food and steroids, steroids basically allow your body to process more protein than it can naturally, so if your not feeding it enough , then you are wasting it.
