No offense, but if your goal is to bulk up , then your diet posted SUCKS !!
you are 5'11" and ONLY 155 lbs. this is because of your diet !!! You could reach 190-200 NATURALLY if you change your diet and no need for steroids.
Meal 1- 1/2 cup oats, 1 whole egg 3 egg white, 1 scoop protein (try adding about 10 more egg whites here and skip the scoop of protein)
Meal 2- 2 scoop protein, 3 rice cakes ( how about REAL food here, too much powder doesn't do anything for you)
Meal 3- 8 oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup veggies( this is a real meal, could double the chicken if you are trying to bulk)
Meal 4- 2 scoop protein, 1 tbsp MCT (again , too much powder in your diet, you need REAL food to grow)
Meal 5- 8 oz chicken, 1 cup beans, 1 cup veggies ( good meal here, but add more)
Meal 6- 2 scoop protein, 1 tbsp MCT (need I say it here?)
Protein powders and meal replacements shakes are ok PWO, but you don't want to rely on them for the majority of your calories
