    Here are my stats.... HELP

    I have been researching for the past month on different cycles and PCT's. I have never done a cycle and want your opinons of what I should do. This is what I am thinking of getting ( Decca 250, D- bolic, Tren-Fina 75 ) and for the pct I am not sure what I should take. I am looking to bulk, here are my stats.

    Height- 5" 11
    Weight- 155
    BF- 8 %

    Also here is my diet

    Meal 1- 1/2 cup oats, 1 whole egg 3 egg white, 1 scoop protein
    Meal 2- 2 scoop protein, 3 rice cakes
    Meal 3- 8 oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup veggies
    Meal 4- 2 scoop protein, 1 tbsp MCT
    Meal 5- 8 oz chicken, 1 cup beans, 1 cup veggies
    Meal 6- 2 scoop protein, 1 tbsp MCT

    you need more foods in order for bulk.

    Are you saying that this diet isn't going to bulk me up at all? Any suggestions for a better diet

    how old are you?
    what is your workout history
    are the compounds you listed from the steroid store here?

    No offense, but if your goal is to bulk up , then your diet posted SUCKS !!

    you are 5'11" and ONLY 155 lbs. this is because of your diet !!! You could reach 190-200 NATURALLY if you change your diet and no need for steroids.


    Meal 1- 1/2 cup oats, 1 whole egg 3 egg white, 1 scoop protein (try adding about 10 more egg whites here and skip the scoop of protein)
    Meal 2- 2 scoop protein, 3 rice cakes ( how about REAL food here, too much powder doesn't do anything for you)
    Meal 3- 8 oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup veggies( this is a real meal, could double the chicken if you are trying to bulk)
    Meal 4- 2 scoop protein, 1 tbsp MCT (again , too much powder in your diet, you need REAL food to grow)
    Meal 5- 8 oz chicken, 1 cup beans, 1 cup veggies ( good meal here, but add more)
    Meal 6- 2 scoop protein, 1 tbsp MCT (need I say it here?)


    Protein powders and meal replacements shakes are ok PWO, but you don't want to rely on them for the majority of your calories

    Thanks for the response, I am not determined to take steroids and I will change my diet and give it time to see the results before turning to roids. I am 20 and the compounds listed above are considered a beginner's bulking stack off ***********. Also I starting lifting around 15 and have been on and off until about 6 months ago and have been consistent but haven't had a good diet until recently. I talked to a personal trainer at my gym and that is the diet he gave me!

    the diet they gave you seems to be a general diet for LOSING weight or bodyfat, NOT for bulking.

    6 months in the gym is no time at all to give your body to grow and at your age, you have a few years before you consider REAL steroids

    I promise you at your age, if you can get your eating right for your goals, you will see massive gains WITHOUT steroids
    give yourself 2 SOLID years in the gym and make sure you are working ALL bodyparts especially LEGS and you will see improvement and will have built a better foundation for the steroids to take you to the next level

    IMO! Too light Bro, change diet and test e or test c for 1st cycle plus PCT!

    There is a great diet section here and even workout section if you need help there

    I would spend some time reading everything here you can and when its time for the steroids we will be happy to help you with that

    I have been researching for about a month and still feel confused lol, there are so many different supplements and I don't want to jump into anything without having enough knowledge behind it.

    I agree, I will give it time and get my body ready before I decide to use roids. Can you give me the link to the section for a good bulking diet. Thanks

    One more thing I think your still young for AAS wait 4 years more...
