First and foremost thing that I don't see asked or answered here is, does your doctor know you are doing AAS??? If he doesn't, you need to discuss this with him before you do any more gear! If you don't have a doctor you can discuss AAS with, find one. IMHO, no one, anywhere, any time, under any circumstances should ever do AAS without some kind of medical supervision, meaning at the very least you should be getting full blood work done before, during, and after your cycle to check key risk factors like cholesterol, kidney and liver function, etc and generally discussing your usage with a doctor.
I've done two cycles and have had this and a couple other symptoms show up during the peak of both. In the first cycle I had a burning sensation in my dick, assumed it was an STD, went to the doctor, did the pee test and took the antibiotics only to find out that all the lab work came back negative for STD's.
Second cycle I had that, plus the pain you're experiencing, plus I noticed (STOP READING NOW IF YOU'RE SQUEAMISH) some blood in my ejaculation. My doctor for my second cycle treats a lot of other guys who do AAS, knows about my usage, and with the combination of symptoms and also the fact that I'm taking Solodyn for acne (which is an antibiotic) he quickly identified it as probably being non bacterial Prostatitis. He did the tests afterward to confirm, which were NOT PLEASANT, and prescribed Finasteride (AKA Propecia).
The way it was explained to me is that this condition results from the body converting testosterone to DHT, which happens in different levels from person to person. When test levels rise, the DHT levels can rise. DHT causes, among other things, male pattern baldness and Prostatitis. Propecia is a DHT blocker. My symptoms went away fairly quickly and I'm now armed with the knowledge that I probably need a DHT blocker in any cycle I do going forward.
Don't take my word for it, look all this up (on trusted medical sites) and please speak to a doctor about your AAS usage!
