Where To Read the Rules?
Im looking to just do a beginners cycle to bulk up. Im looking to try to add 15-20 lbs or so give or take. Any recommendations on which to stack? i was thinking Testorone and maybe deca ? Thanks again

ok, well your not gonna wanna hear what I have to say, but I have to say it
TOO YOUNG for steroids
5'9" and only 130 tells me your diet is lacking, you could easily get to 160-170 NATURALLY with just some adjustments to your diet and steroid use needs a great diet for them to work the way you want.
OK, now that Ive said that, tell me where you want to go from here, cause I dont' want to waste time going further if you are set on using steroids now before you correct the problems first

well i know a lot of people say wait till 20's to start steroids first. However a lot of people say 19 or 20 is ok as long as you start out light. I have been lifting consistently for over 2 years now and i have a good diet. I eat high in protein and carbs and try to stay away from fast food and garbage food. I bring in on average 2500-3500 calories per day and i just dont put on weight.

also you said you want to bulk, so diet is going to be key for you with or with out steroids , so you might as well get it straightened out now
at your age you have enough hormones running through you that if you make the proper adjustments to your diet and training, I can guarantee that you will make amazing gains without risking shutting down the large quantities of hormones you could be using

no offense, but you do not have a good diet, you are only 130lbs. but then again, in your defense, a good diet to you, and a good diet to a bodybuilder are completely different
so, please post up a typical days food intake for you with times you eat and IF YOU WANT, i will try to help you with it

Breakfast= 4-5 eggs scrambled with ketchup along with 4-5 pieces of bacon and some sausage links.
Between Breakfast and Lunch= protein bar with roughly 32g per bar in it i usually have one or two depending on day
Lunch= usually either cheeseburgers or fish
Between Lunch and Dinner= a snack of some sort wether another protein bar or a sandwhich of some sort
Dinner= Salad and mashed potatoes, Once again fish or other form of meat (ribs,burgers,bratwurst).
Obviously what i eat varies but thats a typical days worth of food. I try to eat till full at every meal. I do not drink pop if i can help it. I might have a can every two weeks. I drink propel water and milk all throughout the day. Any recommendations would be appreciated. thanks again and sorry for newbie ignorance

any recommendations? i've just always tried to eat a ton of protein. what would you recommend?? i eat a lot more through out the day but it just varies so much

yea, diet needs some revision if you want to grow
the link jbm posted is a great start. read that and see what you think
I'm guessing your cheeseburgers are from fast food places
when bulking I tend to stay away from protein bars and shakes unless its just PWO
you will grow better and faster off of WHOLE REAL FOODS instead of processed lunch meats, fast food joints, and meal replacement shakes
are you willing to work on diet prior to using steroids ? be honest

yea i am. I understand that without the right diet steroids are only going to work very little. The potential of them is wasted without a proper diet. Im not dead set on steroids but after 2 years of limited results it seems the only other way for someone with such limited size to really pack on weight and gain from it. I do however want to do a cycle to put on some real weigh but diet is important to me as well.

REAL weight is weight that you can keep on, and even if you did steroids now and put on 20 lbs, the chances that it would be 20lbs of muscle are slim, and the chances that you would keep most of it is slim too
I have NO problem with you wanting to do a cycle, thats fine, I just want you to do it the best and safest way so you don't come back here and start a thread saying
I did a cycle and now I have man boobies and a limp noodle....
we can get you there if you do most of the work
Read the diet section and that link. Eat every 2-3 hours, GOOD food not junk
give that 6 months for me and let us know how many lbs you put on. I'm betting at least 15-20 IF you do it right

what would you recommend eating every 2-3 hours when you say good foods? are we talking another full meal or just a big snack? or what? and what to look for mostly the protein or the fat etc.?

no snaking for you, you are trying to GROW
meals include, steak, chicken, fish, tuna, turkey (real not lunchmeat)
sweet potatoes, baked potatoes, rice, oats, eggs (whites and whole)
you want high protein, good carbs, and good fats
high proteins:
lean slteak or ground beef
turkey
chicken breasts
tuna
fish
eggs
good carbs:
sweet potato
oats
rice
baked potato
good fats
salmon
olive oil
O mega 3 fatty
just to name a few
you can eat peanut butter sandwiches for snacks

yea i eat a lot of peanut butter and jelly. i knew a kid who swore by eating a whole peanut butter container every night he got big as can be but there was not way it was naturual. He went from being prolly 5'6'' 120-130lbs to 5'6'' like 155-165 in less then 3 months. And it was mostly all muscle he was benching over 300 at that size too. Big ass kid. But anyways ill give it a shot and post up after a month or so for progress we'll see what happens thanks for the help and understanding of me being a newbie and not knowing rules ha
