what to take
hey guys new member, see if u guys can help me out.Im 6 '1 about 210. about 2 years ago i weighed about 250 and i starting to go to the gym and eat clean ad i lost about 40 pounds. i tryed winny about 6 months ago but didnt do anything for me. i just want to get cut up and look good, i dont want to get huge. can u guys tell me what to get for steroids to get and how much to order.i want to look good for the summer in the next 4 months.thanks for all ur help

diet and cardio are probably your best options.
what's your bf% and age?

What is your Bodyfat %?
IF it was high when you took the winny, that is why you didn't see anything from it.
Winny works best to harden you up when you are already at a lower (under 10%0 bodyfat and should not be taken alone.
check the link given above. the right food intake and some cardio are what you need before steroids

is this a good diet
first meal
5 egg whites\protein shake
snack
protein bar
lunch
grilled chicken with salad no dressing or just a little bit
snack
protein shake
dinner
grilled chicken,fish or steak with some kind of veggie
snack
a fruit

I hate any fake shit and if I'm eating try to only eat actual food, it does get expensive but it is much better imo.

oh yeah if it's fat that is your problem answer me this how often do you interval train and switch up your cardio?
