var will make you stronger but it will not make you lose weight or change your body to what you are thinking. You need to diet and wait a few years b4 you start anything.

so it wont shread the body fat at all? Strong is good though. I wanty to keep the weight im at since I play football but just wanna turn that fat into muscle. lol. but thanks. I appreciate it. any diets you reccomend???
I lift 5times a week. It consists of Medium reps like 8-10reps and 4 sets of each workout I do and pretty heavy most of the time.
what about cardio?
usually 45 mins 5 times a week. but for some reason i cant find away to drop any poundage!
