part of the stopper in the vial

i had got my gear from a new source and i filtered it. i noticed to things in one of my vails. it has a pieace of stopper in it and in my other vail i seen a tiny pieace of string or something in it. i was wondering what happends if you inject something like that into your muscle? would they like have to cut it out?

i would ask the source to send me replacement gear or filter it to another vial
