    Is Detoxing Necessary

    ok i'm bout to get off a PH cycle and THEN WILL START taking estrogen blocker right after.. but i am goin to jump on to a stronger PH. is it necessary to do a detox before jumpin to the new PH

    many PH's are very rough on the body, I wouldn't consider going from one to another without liberal time off between.
    ideally you should get bloodwork to make sure you are back to normal before you cycle again.

    yeah bro your right but i have 30 dayz of time off so my body can suppress the estrogen but still should i detox for those 30 dayz of or not

    well i got hustled by the guy at the nutrition store he kept hassling me. telling me that i need it so i baught it but now i have second thought bout my money being spent on sumtin i prolly dont need

    that stuff has a long shelf life, don't harm yourself just because you bought it.
