i wake up and start with chopped chicken breast and a milk lunch time is late for me usually a steak on wheat from subway with milk dinner is late usually chicken or tuna with milk then i hit the gym for 1 hour come home and whey protien peanut butter banna and milk in the blender what would u change or do ???

This Is your 4th cycle and your 6'1 185lbs while running test in each one? Do you run PCT after your cycles?

i would change basically everything, the diet is horrible, and i can promise you it's the reason you are so light for your height even after 4 cycles
post EVERYTHING you eat tom and we'll help you critique it, but some basic tips
1) eat every 2-3 hours, no excuses, just do it
2) try to get around 50g of protein per meal
3) just eat, and eat, and eat, you need to eat to grow

i just got of the scale om 190,,,, i did weigh 215 when i was out of shape im just trying to eat clean but i cant eat garbage otherwise i get fat. but when i eat clean i cant put the weight on

my problem is its my 9th week and i dont want to stop juicing so i know tren should stop at like 10 weeks is there any thing i can replace the tren with

how much have you gained on this cycle so far? write the cycle out in typical fashion so we can see what you originally had planned.

i have gained 10 pounds maybe a little more it is a pretty simple cycle since i do not have ass much know how ass a lot of people but i try to do my reaserch,,,
week 1 test p 450mg
week 2-9 150mg test p eod and 100mg tren a eod
and now i am here looking for some solid help to get big

i wouldnt add eq or deca .. id finish this one up.. run pct..take some time off and plan your next cycle

lol what big said. with what have you been running this cycle you should have some huge gains!!! Just run test for another 4 weeks then end this madness. You need to look at your training and your diet a lot more.

ive got great gains 10-15 pounds with great def now to me thats not to bad but thanks for the advice

damn bro... you really need to stop the cycle and go straight into pct. then wait a few years bulking naturally. dont make anymore mistakes
