a buddy of mine got ahold of t-200 and deca 50 he asked my openion on a cycle i said at least 600 mg of test and 400 mg deca he is about 6'2 265lbs a lot of bf works out hard but he told me he wants to do 800mgs deca 400 test i dont agree so i told him i would see what everyone thinks thanks

Is this his first cycle? I'd say 500mg/wk test and 300mg/wk deca would be adequate. 800mg/wk deca with only 400mg/wk test is going to put you at a high risk for gyno as well as kill your HPTA.

yeah Ive always heard on here to keep your test higher than your deca . if its his first cycle 400 test and 300 deca a week should be fine. thats what I'm doing right now for my first cycle.
