I have got my body fat to 13.5% is that good
I have got my body fat to 13.5% is that good want to start my cycle soon but thinking if i get it down to around 10 to 11% before i do. I have been eating and training well. 3 days a week weights and 3 days cardio do you think i should lose a bit more or is it better to have a bit of weight on me

Where is that thread Big keeps handy about being under 170 and over 5'10. Two under your belt and only 165lbs means you are really doing something wrong.

well i have been trying to lose some fat cant eat to much just eating healthy thaks for the kick in the teeth lol

No kick in the teeth intended.
WE just hate seeing kids waste money on steroids that will do them no good when they don't know how to eat to grow to their natural potential first. steroids work best when you know how to eat. You will probably gain a little, but then lose it after the cycle is over because you do not eat correctly

ok i know i need to eat more i did a few years ago i use to weigh 15 stone but i stopped training for about 20 months, the last 5 months i have got back in to training but doing alot more cardio to get my body fat down what route do you think i should take because im not a skinny s**t

yeah i guess your about right.when i first looked at it 20ml eod didnt sound right. didnt sound like enough.. around 11 weeks in a perfect world.. will probably end up lasting about 10..

ok i will take all your advice people i will leave it and carry on training and eat more to no rush just one more thing i am not a kid im 27 soon lol thanks again peace.

but yea.. eating right should do you good...
& wonders...
up the steak you eat a month... the chicken... & rice...
you should gain some serious weight with proper hard training everyday.

You will never grow until you cycle off of all that excessive cardio. If you ever expect to gain any weight you have to slow down some and rely entirely on your resistance training (weight training) to gain muscle mass, you could do that WITHOUT any gear. You're extremely young to be doing it anyway, learn to gain weight naturally and wait till your mid to late 30's when you'll really need it. You'll never keep any gains achieved from gear alone. Do some serious research on exactly what it is you're doing to yourself.

In all seriousness, young people have no business messing with gear. They usually haven't finished growing, height I mean, they have not matured fully, and they plain don't know what they are doing.
