    Blood pressure test e 550

    so im on like week 9 of test e 550 ew. not running any anti e or anything and having no sides at all. Went to the doc the other day for a nerve in my back and my bp was 140/80. not that high but it is high. is it just from being on cycle?

    ya, durring work week (mon-thurs) i get 3/4 of a gallon, and fri-sun im sure i get at least a gallon

    Hawthorn berry they say helps and drinking alot of water and cardio

    bulking now and not doing any cardio. but i do work construction so i get some cardio mon-thurs

    even bulkin you need low cardio to keep heart healthy

    all the supplements in the world wont help if the cause is excess pressure on the cirulatory system from water retention. your reading is not that high but it fluctuates throughout the day so keep an eye on it and if it gets any higher then implement a low dose of arimidex or aromasin .

    wise words. lucky for me my blood pressure gets up to about 130/80 if im lucky. i hate low bp...

    That is not enough. 2 Gallons should be your aim! It's roughly i think about 7 to 8 liters. The normal intake for an average man is around 3 liters a day. But you workout, so you need more. Then you are on gear so you need even more!
