need help

iv just got some clembutorol and and going to start taking in the morning. but iv been told to take 2 for the first 3 days then 3 for the next 3 days and then take 4 a day after that. now i know people take these diffrently but just looking for advise on how to and when to take them thanks

holy sh!t!! what is the strength on those?? i usually run the .050mcg tabs. and one a day, is plenty for me. after a few weeks, i can get away with 2 a day. but i would be pretty jittery. i cant imagine taking 4 a day.

usually clen is just a white tab, with a straight line on one side. not really anyway to tell what the strength is. did they just come in a ziploc bag?? ive never had a problem, getting them in a sealed bottle.

no there in a sealed tub but there in jap or chinc writting. there very small white tabs

there should still be numbers on there somewhere, indicating the dosage. your best bet, might be taking a pic of the bottle, and posting in the pics forum.

yea..knowing the mcg is important

2weeks on 2weeks off so that you don't wear out your receptors

a good way to take them is 1st day.. 20mcg then 40mcg next day..then 60mcg..all the way to 100mcg ..then cruise with that to the end of the 2 weeks on.. the take 2 weeks off. then slowly step your way back up to 100mcgs again..rinse and repeat.

ask your supplier what the mcg are

you have to build up to your max dose to see if you can handle the side effects

Most start out low like 20 mcg and build up to no more than 120 mcg a day

the sides can be kind of harsh so be careful and KNOW exactly how much you are taking

yea...stepping up 40mcgs to 200mcgs could be very bad news..find out what your mcgs are.

iv just uploaded a pic in the pics foram have a look. well i took them for just over a week before and got up to 4 a day i was hot had trouble getting my eyes to lock on to things heart rate was hight and had probs sleeping

i couldnt find your pic..but from sounds of it..you may have 40mcg tabs..not sure though..regardless.. experiences will vary from person to person..100mcgs coasting may be ok for one person and another person have similar symptoms that you are having at 80mcgs...

If you are getting side effects that bad..i would recommend taking 2 1/2 tabs and riding that out till the end of 2weeks perion..the take 2 weeks off and step your dosage up accordingly 1/2 a tab a time till you reach 2 1/2 again .. then keep it at that till your time is up again

Also don't take your tabs late.. take them maybe an hour after you wake up or so.
