a little help on the cycle???
hey whats goin on guys. Well i was about to start my cylce which will go as follows:
wk1 80mcg clen /day 200mg deca /wk
wk2 100mcg clen/day 200mg deca/wk
wk3 100mcg clen/day 30mg napo/day 300mg deca/wk
wk4 50mcg cytomel /day 30mg napo/day 300mg deca/wk
wk5 100mcg cytomel/day 30mg napo/day 300mg deca/wk
wk6 50mcg cytomel/day 30mg napo/day 200mg deca/wk
wk7 80mcg clen/day 200mg deca/wk
wk8 80mcg clen/day
I have taken around 6 cycles: mainly a combo w/ finaplix , deca, or some form of test. On my last cycle i added only 25 mg d-bol a day to my enanthate and deca and saw an addition of around 1lb eod for 2 weeks along with crazy strength gains. And i was wondering if this looks good or if i should move some things around and if some nolvadex and clomid should be added since im not really taking a whole lot of test? By the way this is going to be my first cutting/bulk cycle so any reccomendations are appreciated.

look im not trying to become arnold here...im a just health promotion major graduating in the fall needing a leaner body. I have been following a strict low carb high protein diet along with strength trainig and cardio for around 3 months and got stuck at a plateu. So aside from the harsh but helpful comments does ne one else have suggestions for a cycle that will cut me up while keeping lbm?

didn't mean to offend, but some cycles are so poorly crafted that they make no sense at all, and I wouldn't even know where to start to explain why. I could spend quite a while starting from scratch, or you could do a little research and then at least propose a sensible cycle for critique.

also, what specifically are your goals? from where you are now, what weight and bf% do you wish to get to?

none taken man. But from my past experiences with cycles i have noticed my body can be affected quickly and very dramatic with lower than average doses. So when i was constructing my cycle this time i wanted to cut up while keeping some lbm...this being said i thought the clen and cytomel would take care of the cutting while the deca and small portions of naposim would give me a lil lbm and strength gains.

alright i preciate you guys help so here are my goals:
always wanted a vivid 6 pack (along with the rest of the world)
probly around 7-8 % body fat would be sufficient, i aslo would like to weigh around 180-185
basically guys just lean athletic looking physique you know what i mean?
and i am 23 years old

well your goals are what we all strive for
but its going to take alot more then just cycles..with hard work and discipline added you can obtain what you want physically..
but as far as a cycle goes ..
you could try
Test prop weeks 1-10 75mg ed shots or 150 eod
Winn weeks 4-10 75mg ed shots or drink it
keep some nolva, armidex, and clomid onhand for anti e's and pct
you can run clen 2weeks on 2weeks off throughout your cycle.. but don't run doses over 120mcgs a day .. i recommend stepping up dose till you hit 100mcgs
20mcgs 1st day..40mcgs 2nd day.. 60mcgs 3rd day.. 80mcgs 4th day.. 100mcgs 5th day
then ride that out to the 14th day and take 2weeks off..and repeat ..
Diet and Cardio, and intense gym workouts are key to your success also..

yep that's possible. the cycle listed above looks good and it will take major dedication to diet and training, keep us posted.

BEAUTIFUL. I already have the deca so i assume it won't hurt to throw that in there and run it at 300/400 mg/wk for 6 weeks?
And as far as my diet goes i am doing a low carb diet with the carbs i do intake coming from brown rice and wheat bread (low G.I). Moslty eggs in the morning, shake for snack, lunch is either some type of lunch meat or chicken wrap or wheat bread, midday snack being fruit or yogurt, pre workout is just a shake and or bannana, dinner is tilapia, salmon, grilled chicken, or steak, with black beans and maybe some brown rice. overall a grand total of around 2400-3000 calories a day, 100-120 g carbs, around 300 g protein. Add that in with high carb days(around 300g carbs) on the days when im not in the gym. Like i said im a health promotion major with a minor in biology so i know what I should be eating.
