    ECA Cycle Length?

    what is the proper way to run eca for fat burning. i researched it here but there are mixed opinion. so i figure i would ask again on an updated post.

    ive taken 50mg a day. (ephedrine)
    start at 25mg then bump it up after about a week.

    i would take benadryl for one week, starting on the third week
    and then again every three weeks.

    stack it with some caffeine (200-600mg) and asprin (81mg)


    i would take this eca stack upon awakening and go do some cardio

    then come home and have breakfast. i would take another dose with my third meal.

    don't take it to late, it may keep you awake.

    you can run eca for an extended period of time but still need to take a break..
    when you come off the eca id consider this.
    trying high dose regular green tea in between an ECA stack. it has plenty of studies backing its fat loss properties. in addition, green tea will not increase blood pressure or heart rate like most other fatloss/ thermogenic combos will.
    green tea extract 1000 mgs and 1000 mgs of L-tyrosine and 60 mgs of ginkgo biloba extract on an empty stomach first thing in the a.m. L-tyrosine converts into dopamine then nor-epinephrine then epinephrine, Ginkgo biloba is a cerebral vasodilator so more stuff can get round your brain like the dopamine/epinephrine from the l-tyrosine, it also increases cerebral glucose metabolism and , like green tea is a very good anti oxidant. Sometimes I add about 100 mgs of D.M.A.E. for a bit of a choline clarity

    4 weeks max? is that 7 days a week or 5 days a week?

    4 weeks isn't the max. i dont know what the "max" is I've done it for 12 weeks. just keep taking benaryl every third week for one week, it will upregulate your receptors and it should continue to work.

    Take one dose right when you wake up in the morning and another dose in the afternoon, but you shouldn't take it any later than 4 pm or you may have trouble sleeping.

    i've started the ECA stack last week with just the morning dose and will add the afternoon dose next week. i am in my secod week adn i do not feel the heat, or have the sweats that i did last week? is this normal. i am using bronkaid for the ephedrine
    (25mg ephedrine), Caffine 200mg, asprin 83mgs.

    I concur that Eph and all CNS stims can be safely and are BEST run consistently not in the on/off fashion so often parroted. It can also be run for virtually indefinitely long cycles, if you do indeed come off periodically as cited above. Chinese literature cites MaHuang (the Chinese herbal name for Eph) as consistently run with minor breaks for years. Only if run without interruption will it begin to hamper the immune system by means of literally reducing the WBC count.

    Optimal administration is thrice daily, but certain caveats prevail most importantly--DO NOT exceed 100mgs in a 24hr period. Most products use 25-30mgs per serving. And of lesser but still ranking importance, be sure not take your last serving later than 3pm if you're planning a traditional bedtime, i.e. 10 -11pm, tinker with this to see what works for you. Generally speaking Ephedra's active-life (not to be confused with half-life) barring built up tolerance due to Beta receptor downgrading, is in the neighborhood of 6 hours give or take depending on individual sensitivities.     thats great but it doesnt answer the new question.
