what are you using the hypoxic training for? collegiate? competition? or just for cardio?

to clarify, you mean hypoxic swimming training emphasizing extreme oxygen deprivation as a means of increasing VO2 max

it's not only swimming, that's just it's most common use, it's of great benefit for swimmers as it allows them to use oxygen more efficiently and stay under for long periods of time

and IMO you should be fine

pedal cyclists use it often as well... and it works!!! i use a device that you can set you oxygen and then just suffer... lol

did it with a cycle of anadrol and sust... that year i set 12 time trial records... the cool thing was the harder i pushed the more i could put out!!! the power felt unlimited.

dont get me wrong i trained 16 - 18 hours a week cycling on the bike, and spent 1.5 hours with the lower oxygen level (i stayed 16 - 17%) a day... plus, hours in the gym... so it is not like taking epo.

but ... i could push way past my red line and do it over and over again
