    Which jump start????

    Ok, about a month till I start my cycle. I have got my gear, needles, and pct. I am going to do 500mg test, 400 EQ weekly for 16 weeks, .5mg of adex ed. 5 week pct of nolva 40/20/20/20/20.

    I am currently 224lbs 15%bf. at 27 years of age. This is my 3rd cycle. My goal is to gain strength, lean mass that I can keep, and drop my BF down to around 10%. I will be doing alot of cardio along with my strength training.

    I have dbol enough for 40mg a day for 4 weeks, and tbol for 50mg a day enough for just under 6 weeks. Which should I use? I am guessing tbol to get leaner gains, or would the dbol be best to get my body more anabolic faster?

    Not only does dbol suck, but cutting with it makes no sense. Stick with the T-bol.

    T-bol...... I'd do the dbol . Keep the diet and cardio up to par.

    Your doing a 16 week cycle why not use both dbol 1-4 and t-bol last 4 weeks of cycle.

    ^^^ i agree. jumpstart the cycle with 4 weeks of d-bol then end it with 5-6 weeks of t-bol. the d-bol will give you quick strength gains and as long as you monitor your diet and sodium you shouldnt retain much water
