questions!
Hey I m 21yrs, at the end of my 2nd week of M-drol, this is my first cycle. I was 144lbs and after the first week i reached 152. I have been training as hard and eating as much as the first week (A LOT) and i gained strength but havent gained ANY weight during the 2nd week.
I took 10mg the first week and 20 the 2nd and gonna continue with 20 for the 3rd.
what do u think????
ooo and for pct, am i supposed to start it 3 days before the end or something???

what do you consider A LOT of food
post what you typically eat in a day and when you eat it

um, well there simply isn't enough FOOD there to grow on. Feel free to prove me wrong by giving me the calories and macro breakdown
what more explanation do you need?
your liquid calories are not as bioavailable as solid food.
2 eggs for breakfast, try 10 egg whites and 2 whole eggs
skip the SLICED processed turkey as there is too much sodium and preservatives in processed meats
How much MEAT??? just saying meat tells us you have NO clue how much food you are eating
IF you are serious and really want to gain, you need to be more focused on your diet and take time to measure or at least have an idea of ounces, calories and the macro breakdown so you know what needs to increase and where
rely less on shakes and more on WHOLE GOOD FOODS

also, rice and veggies when you are trying to GROW are not the best carbs.
where are the GOOD Carbs? like sweet potatoes, oatmeal, ect...

ow ok T-MOS mis-understood, alot of people dont seem to grasp the carb to grow idea, they think its sandwich ham and ur a UNIT in 5days
