Uni-lateral training my friend, work out each shoulder seperately. And if start off with your weak shoulder so you can evenly match up the reps with the stronger one.

    Spot on.

Whatever you do don't try and work them with different weights - that is a big mistake. By training with dumbells is the key. And always starting with the weaker first doing unilateral movements. My guess is you have relied a lot on Barbell Military Presses... time to switched it up.

yah, i never do barbell anymore, i dont like the range of movement and i can feel (mind/muscle connection) better with dumbells, my delts are fairly even and i can usually use 100lb dumbells for about 6-8x...on the flip side your shoulders look real good, good luck bro

One of the things I learned was that I tended to do everything with my right arm. Try putting dumbells and weights back with your left hand and posing more on your left side. It can make a big difference in symmetry.

my left bicep was an inch smaller than my right so for about three months i did a few extra curls at the end of bicep day with just the left to get it to catch up. now i use the left to right method to keep them even.

i had a bad neck injury in jan of 99
before the injury my arms were around 18 to 18 1/2 inches--3 months later my right arm was 15" and i could not curl 5lbs cause of nerve damage.---so i quit working arms so they would be sorta equal
6 months after injury i was working out light and 1 1/2 years later started training good again---what i did is when i did biceps i would do 1-2 extra reps with my right arm, holding and flexing at top
it took a long time but now both arms are 19" to 19 1/2 pumped and pretty equal
