hi all am new but been liftin for some time.i am 6ft3 220lbs 33 years old and have aquired some sus.it will be my first cycle of any type of steriod.each ample is 1mg...how much do i inject weekly for best results and for what duration.thanx.

PCT= Post Cycle Therapy

it is the MOST important part of any cycle. It is what will get your natural Testosterone back up and running after being shut down by the cycle, it will help prevent Estrogen build up and libido issues after the cycle

PCT start time is 18 days after the last Sust injection

standard cycle of Test is 500mgs/week you can start with less if you would like. You can still make good gains off of 250 as well

you may want to have an AI (aromatase inhibitor) during the cycle if you are concerned about water retention and gyno AI's like arimidex, letro, or nolva can help. I prefer to have arimidex on hand in case of signs of gyno

You need to inject sust EOD, that is why I prefer a single ester Test which only needs to be injected twice a week

you can use a 23g 1.5 inch needle for glute injections and
a 25g 1 inch for quads, delts, and other sites

I dont' care too much for Sust and multi ester blends of Test, but they are cheaper sometimes

a long ester single ester test is great cause you only have to deal with one ester and you need less injections to keep your blood levels stable

Most common places to inject are Glutes, quads, delts

common needle to use for each are:

Glutes- 23g 1.5 inch

quads- 25g 1 inch

delts- 25g 1 inch

if you are using sust, pct starts 18 days after your last injection

500ius, is the measurement with HCG

HCG comes in vials and is a powder that you will need to reconstitute with BA (Bacteriostatic water) it is taken Sub Q with an insulin needle. Sub Q means under the skin, but not in the muscle

No thatswhy iam askin.how doi take my 500iu of aromason and 1000iu of vitamin E....want to know the equivillant of 500iu and 1000iu...

Convoy your just a little off on the PCT compounds. You take 20mg of aromasin (a pill) and 500iu of the HCG. HCG is a compound that will need to be injected with an insulin needle into your fatty areas like your belly (just under the skin). The aromasin is available in tabs. I think that using that much HCG is entirely unnecessary for a cycle as gentle as yours. I think you'd be better taking a 250iu twice per week starting in week 3. Both ways will work but I don't really like using HCG during pct because it delays your own natural production to a degree. That being said this pct protocal will work well because they are running it out 6 weeks which overcomes losing the first 2 weeks of natural recovery delayed from HCG usage.. I just wonder if you are better off jump starting your leydig cells by blasting them with HCG for 2 weeks straight...or never letting them become dormant in the first place. I don't even know which theory I entirely relate to myself. Anyone want to chime in on why they prefer either method?

Sweet.i think i am getting it./so pct ill take the novladex 20mg and aromasin 20mg 1 time a day starting 18 days after last injection.Now HCG is injectable 250iu 2 times a week starting at the end of week 3..and is the vitamin e nessessary....ok here is 1 last question HCG is that what i am asking for or is there several differewnt types.what do you prefer and how long do i take the hcg ...thanx again mate it made more sence...
