First shot/ Questions

Got my first shot today of Deca /Test E. 300mg/wk 500mg/wk

Got a few questions.

I wanna bulk up about 20lbs but i wanna get abs and lose some chest fat. (I know you cant spot burn.) So i was thinking about anavar the last so many weeks of this 10 week cycle. What dosage and how long would i take var?
Also your supposed to cut deca 2 weeks short of cycle right?

i dnt know any other way of checking but i used some crappy handheld one at my gym and it said 14 about a week and a half ago.

I wouldn't run the var any less then 8 weeks, at 60-80mg/ED, optimal would be 10-12weeks, 80mg/ED

if you get your BF a little lower by the end of the cycle, you may want to try winny last 6 weeks

well you are on Test E, so you can take winny up to 14 days after your last shot of test e and then PCT would start day after last winny dose which would match 14 days after last test e shot

I would not recommend running winny without test as it is supressive. just run it last 6 weeks of cycle right up to the day before PCT starts

most start a dose of 50-100 mgs ED if oral, break up dose to twice a day if inject once a day is ok, twice is even better

Run it along side, your kind of contradicting yourself with running deca and var, as deca helps bulk, and var helps cut, but I think it will still be beneficial for the strength increase. Plus with the right diet, I suppose any combination of substances, could be used to bulk or cut. So with that said, some may disagree with me, but its definitely not going to hinder your cycle by adding it in, so I say go for it, like i said run it at 80mg/ED if possible
