Although at 138 pounds i would say send me your gear and start eating some more food.
You need to forget about using steroids and you need to focus on diet your way too light my friend. Diet will help you out alot.

Why do you ask? Your not listening, your diet sucks.....
20lbs in 4 weeks is not likely especially considering your diet obviously sucks being that you are 138lbs. Steroids are not magic, do you even workout currently?
you will never gain it!! I could gain 40lbs but I'm also 335lbs at 138 you wuld be lucky to see 20lbs on a cycle imo and if you did that you would have to make sure you ran it perfectly and did pct perfectly not to loose that much of it.
The other guys hit the nail on the head, your diet is the key, not steroids however I suspect it is irrelevant what is said and you are going to take them anyway.
300 deca a week @ 10 weeks
500 sus a week @ 12 weeks
T-bol don't know
you then need your PCT sorting
Whilst taking all this you need to increase your diet as much as you can eat, basically you could eating anything and everything to achieve what you want but it may not be exactly what you imagined.
Increase you water intake.
Train intensely, with as much weight as you can manage but still complete your sets.
Sleep as much and as often as you can when you are not eating or training.
The outcome in 5-6 months from now will be - "I wish I listened to the guys on the forum"
