    I apologize as you can see I am new and didnt realize I shouldnt ask that. I live in a town of a population of a few thousand so I dont really have much of a way to find anything out other then internet.

    You will have to do your own research to hook yourself up we dont give out sources or do source checks. Internet is the best way to find everything.

    I have been training for about 2 years. I mainly train to stay in shape and just stay toned. But i am looking to gain a little size because i have stayed around 200 range too long.

    Eating as much protein as i can and as healthy as i can. Trying to maintain a well balanced diet and lots of water. Again i apologize for asking i should of read the rules.

    go to the diet section and read up on bulking diets. i assure you that you have much more to eat than you already do.

    Just a little size means you can adjust you diet. I don't think is any reason to play around with your hormones with such a simple task that a little bit of hard work and sweat can't do.... At 6'3'' 200 you can get you a better diet in order for this to take place.

    Also how does someone from a small town find anything out. Anyone cant put shit on the internet and say whatever the hell they want and sell it. There are ways around all of that crap. So i guess my question is where can i go to find out more information about cycles and information because everything i am reading is based off of their own cycles and taking them to get massive. I am just looking for some information to get me started. Everyone was like me at one time and another and clueless about everything and had to learn everrything from someone or somewhere. Just asking for a little help.

    I agree that there are alot of information on all the different types and cycles and i have been reading up on them for a few months now but I have read about all I can handle on what they do and their side effects and what cycles everyone is saying. What I am trying to prevent is wasting my time and money on something that is fake as sugar or listening to what everything says and doing what someone else does and screw myself up. So thats why i got on here to see if some of you guys who have had experience could steer me in the right direction and help me out what to take and get started on.
