Any advice on cycle?
age- 24

diet- super clean, low carb.
GOALS- Want to loose about 10 pounds, Speed/Strength,
PCT- armidex, nolva, clomid.
Test prop- 100 mg eod
winni- 75 mg ed

so winny is being ran during pct?
how are you running the prop and winny during the cycle.. (weeks)

You could easily cut 10lbs by diet and cardio alone!

You could easily cut 10lbs by diet and cardio alone!- Main focus on speed and strength weight loss is secondary.

Trust me, the more the better is not always the case ESPECIALLY with steroids ......Dude just take the prop and winny, or listen to jbm....10 lbs can EASILY be lost in 6 weeks or less with proper diet and cardio regime....but take the test and winny to harden you up....cut the clen and t3 out...your not doing a show, are you?

Clen and T3 not likely to be a factor for testing. But I would give yourself a week if you can off of them to ensure the metabolites won't show up. Drink a ton of water and you'd be good.
Venice at Twilight - Monet - very nice one of my favorite paintings - I actually did a replication of it myself - he did several of these in a series, mine has a bit more yellow in it. What a fantastic painting! Monet was a true master - and a big mother f#@ker too!

By the way have you tried clen before because I happen to be very sensitive to clen and if I started with 60 mcg - it would give me the shakes. You might want to start with 25 mcg and see how that works first.

Yeah I've ran a clen only cycle once before, I saw good results and people would constantly comment on my tremble.

Haven't seen the movie I must confess. If you see in my picture I'm working on a another study of that same monet painting - you can kinda make out the edges of the canvas behind me! That one is actually as crazy redition of the painting, the composition is arranged the same in this one as in Monet's but I play with a star-lit sky.
I'll have to check out the movie as this is one of my favorite paintings for sure.
I know I look like a bandit but the reason I'm wearing the bandana acutually is because the smell of turpentine was really bothering me that night!

No worries nothing wrong with big dude being educated.
I'm getting the some mixed signals though, some say not to use the clen /t3 as well. I have it all on hand and it may be hard for me to resist it.

Yeah that tremble can turn into something much worse so be careful brother. To make a long story short I almost went to the hospital cause of tachycardia, which if you are not familiar with is a condition where your heart is beating to fast and basically won't slow down - not good, can be very dangerous. Finally it went away after a few disturbing hours but I learned my lesson that day.
The T3 will work good but I've never run much past 75 mcg. But I think your dosage is fine considering your weight. For speed and power your should up your cardio - train dailly 45 minutes to an hour. Do plyo's and superset power movements with your standard compound exercises. For example I train athletes (football players) to superset bench (5 to 6 reps) with a special medicine chest pass move - where you would pick it up and rotate and blast it off your chest - supersetting with moves like that will build killer power!Last edited by Pittbull78; 02-21-2009 at 12:24 AM.

Clen and T3 together is fine - especially if your trying to cut up! However some people complain that higher dosages of T3 make them feel weak. So you'll have to monitor if you feel like its sapping your strength.

If you dont have the shakes your not doing enough is what i hear. Clen sucks IMO ... Doesn't do shit except give me the shakes and a headache.
